About the Team

Gary Jarvis has an extensive background in fitness training and is a qualified aerobics instructor and personal trainer. Natalia Ilienko-Jarvis comes from a gymnastic background. She is a former World Champion in artistic gymnastics where she represented the Soviet Union in the 1980s. She also competed for Great Britain at the World and European Sports Aerobics Championships and was British Women's Champion in 1997/98. Natalia is an International Brevet 3 Judge. This combination of knowledge has proved to be a winning formula as Heathrow is one of the most successful Aerobic Gymnastics clubs in the country.
